IT UPVAN, is an initiative of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Akhilesh Yadav. It is an incubation centre which promotes and helps Startups in Uttar Pradesh. It was inaugurated in October 2015 to pay tribute to Mr APJ Abdul Kalam.
